Social strategy: Smart House, Toronto's micro-condos
Offering micro-condos as small as 300 sq. ft., Urban Capital and Malibu Investment’s Smart House is for city lovers who seek affordability but still want to live large at Toronto’s Queen and University. 52 Pick-up created and expressed the brand’s “very clever living” philosophy in all marketing collateral, including a website, punchy logo, brochure and blog.
Along with winning countless awards for the 9 by 9 brochure, the website received 30,000 pageviews in the first month. I personally pitched, wrote and curated the Smart House blog and had the opportunity to represent the brand at the OHBA Awards, where they won several awards.
