As the online editor of ANDPOP.com, I managed the editorial calendar and assigned stories about pop culture news to writers and interns. Along with writing articles myself, I hosted a daily celebrity news show called FreshPressLive.

Every week, the staff would shoot another show called Staff Talking Sh*t. See the reel below.

Shameless selfies

As much as we rant about selfies, we're all culprits. Who hasn't taken photos of themselves over and over again until they capture the most flattering angle? On this week's episode of Talking Sh*t, Brittany, Casey, Denique and Simon discuss selfie photo culture and the terribleness that goes with it, namely, duck face, mirror shots and obnoxious poses.

Along with interviewing artists like Olly Murs and Carly Rae Jepsen, I acted as a producer and social media moderator during live sessions with musicians. When we interviewed The Wanted, it was the first time I experienced teen fandom—waving to fans from their hotel room illicited screams.
